Lanier Rossignol, BSN, MSN, FNP-C is a board certified family nurse practitioner trained in evidence-based medicine at the University of Virginia. She received her Master of Science in Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Neurobiochemistry at the University of Virginia. Prior to her journey into integrative medicine, Lanier worked as a neurosurgical intensive care unit nurse and as a family nurse practitioner in an urgent care setting. After Lanier’s two sons were diagnosed with autism and traditional treatments seemed ineffective, God lead her down a path to discover underlying medical issues that were inhibiting her children from making progress. That path led her to seek information from researchers, specialists and published medical research studies. Once her children’s underlying health issues were treated by evidence-based medical treatments, they began speaking and making progress in therapy and school. As a result, of her children’s progress and her gratefulness to God, she felt compelled to help other families find their children’s treatable underlying medical issues. Therefore, she has joined her husband, Dr. Dan Rossignol, and his medical practice as a Nurse Practitioner to help families struggling with developmental delay, autism, cerebral palsy, chronic fatigue, attention issues, hyperactivity, mitochondrial disorders/dysfunction, seizure disorders, gastrointestinal issues, aggression, anxiety, PANS/PANDAS, and others. Lanier sees patients in our Aliso Viejo office.
