Desiree Mills, RN, MSN, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Diego and a Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner degree from West Coast University.

Desiree has worked extensively in clinical research including major trials for breast cancer screening and treatments. As a registered nurse of over 10 years, her experience ranges from labor and delivery to perioperative nursing. Desiree first came to Rossignol Medical Center in 2018 to provide nursing services to our pediatric patients and those with special needs. Since then, Desiree’s passion for integrative and functional medicine inspired her to obtain a nurse practitioner license in 2021 and she has trained directly under Dr. Daniel Rossignol.

Desiree came to the Rossignol Medical Center California office in 2018 to provide nursing services to our pediatric patients and those with special needs.  While working alongside the providers and caring for the patients at Rossignol Medical Center, her passion for integrative and functional medicine strengthened. With two sons of her own, a strong background in women’s health, and training in family medicine, Desiree is motivated to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to the pediatric and adult patients at Rossignol Medical Center. Desiree sees patients in the Aliso Viejo, California office.
